3. Solar Calculator & Estimate Disclaimers

The solar calculators, subsidy estimators, EMI calculators, and energy generation projections provided on solaradviser.in are approximate engineering estimates based on publicly available solar irradiance data, MNRE subsidy norms, and standard industry assumptions. These outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Actual solar generation may vary based on roof orientation, tilt angle, shading, dust accumulation, panel degradation, inverter efficiency, and local weather conditions.
• Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are subject to change by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and respective State Nodal Agencies (SNAs) without prior notice.

4. No Equipment Sales & Zero Commission Policy

Solar Adviser does NOT manufacture, stock, sell, or distribute solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, or any solar equipment. We do NOT collect payments for equipment purchases, installations, or subsidy processing. We operate on a strict zero vendor commission policy — we do not receive any referral fees, sales commissions, or kickbacks from any solar installer, EPC company, or equipment manufacturer.

5. Vendor Directory & Third-Party Liability

Our platform lists MNRE-empanelled and state-nodal-agency-registered solar installer vendors sourced from official government portals (pmsuryaghar.gov.in). While we verify vendor registration status, Solar Adviser:

• Does NOT endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality of work, pricing, timelines, or conduct of any listed vendor.
• Does NOT mediate disputes between consumers and vendors.
• Strongly advises consumers to independently verify vendor credentials, inspect physical office addresses, and sign written contracts before releasing any advance payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on solaradviser.in — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, calculator algorithms, editorial articles, engineering guides, and software code — is the intellectual property of Solar Adviser and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
